This form is to begin the returning camper reservation process and to inquire about pre-booking sites for new reservations in the Westfest Campgrounds during Labor Day weekend.
Please accurately fill out all information for your camper as this will be used to ensure you can be accommodated in your assigned site.

NO Sub-letting. Registered camper must be the occupant of the site.

Submission deadline of this form is April 30 2025

Westfest Camping staff will start to assign sites starting in April.
Previous year campers have first right or refusal to their previous site.

Upon assignment, you will receive an email with your booking code to reserve your site and pay online.

You will have until May 31st to complete and pay for your early reservation.
All sites that remain unpaid and/or incomplete will be listed on the website as available to the public starting in June.
